"I’ve been coming to Import Specialty Service for about four years now across two different European vehicles; first my Mercedes and now my BMW. Finding a shop you can genuinely trust with these cars is rare, but this team consistently earns that trust every single time. On my most recent visit, I came in dealing with a check engine light for an emissions error and a faulty tire pressure sensor. I’ve worked with Doug in the past, and he has always set the bar high with his knowledge and genuine focus on customer care. This time, he introduced me to Nicki to assist me, and she was absolutely phenomenal. There wasn’t a single drop-off in the quality of service or expertise. Nicki took the time to clearly break down every recommended service, explaining the importance of each item so I felt completely confident and informed about the work being done. That level of consistency and honesty is why I didn’t hesitate to send my son to them with his Volkswagen for a diagnostic, and he had the exact same great experience. Also services were done in a timely matter. And as expected everything was done in a professional manner. That is why I chose to come back. It drives and handles better than when I brought it in.
