Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. From calling on the phone, to diagnosis & fix, Import Auto Specialty communicated well. They explained the process to diagnose, the next steps depending on what they found, & let me know an estimate range based on each possibility. I will definitely be a customer again in the future as communication is a big deal when done well!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The staff is exceptional! They are professional, knowledgeable and very welcoming. The first gentleman I spoke to on the phone actually gave me valuable information and made some good recommendations whether or not I chose to bring my 2023 Mercedes C300 Coupe. Once there, the staff really took care of me. I will be taking my car back for my 50k service and I highly recommend that you do too!
